Overview
The Universities and Schools Targeted Mentorship and Career Guidance Programme is an integrated leadership and talent incubation initiative developed by Zossima Knowledge Management Consultancy in partnership with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. The programme connects universities, industry and schools to create structured mentorship pipelines for learners aged 10 –18.
Vision
To develop a national pipeline of confident, skilled and purpose‑driven young leaders through structured mentorship, practical projects and competition‑based development.

Lead 12 school learners, supported by industry mentors and supervised by university lecturers. 3‑month structured programme with allowances, certification, and real leadership experience. This is not volunteering – this is structured leadership development.
